Step 1: Calculating how many photos you have
The order form will ask for the approximate number of photos. Photos in Albums need to be removed from the Album before being sent in for scanning. You will only be billed for the actual number of photos you have.
Step 2: Filling Out The Online Order Form
Order instructions and the order form is HERE. It can also be used to simply calculate the costs.
Step 3: Sending In Your Order
Make sure the order form is in the box with your photos. We recommend shipping your package 2-3 day air through UPS, FedEx or US Priority Mail.
Step 4: Processing Your Order
We will email you when the order is shipped back to you. Our average turnaround is 14-19 business days.
*Quality of restoration is dependent upon condition of existing photos; severely deteriorated original materials may be beyond the reach of even the most sophisticated restoration methods.
